Description


This course combines two accredited courses providing successful delegates with a Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering along with a Level 2 Award in Allergen Awareness. Learners will build an understanding of safe food handling practices and the importance of keeping foods safe along with additional understanding of food allergens and foods that commonly cause intolerances and how to minimise cross contamination. These regulated courses provide both employers and employees with the confidence that they are meeting their legal obligations in relation to food safety training and competence. Combining the courses provide a cost and time effective way of achieving two invaluable accredited qualifications.
